I'm a Project Manager and Systems Architect with a 20-year background spanning broadcast production, post-production, and operations; high-stakes environments requiring precision, cross-functional coordination, and robust process guardrailing.
As project scale increased and coordination became more complex, my role evolved from tactical execution to designing the operational architecture that enables scalable delivery. I develop custom process tools, analysis systems, and operational playbooks that minimize risk, optimize resource utilization, and produce predictable outcomes. I'm currently completing my PMP (Feb '26) and recently received my CSM with a Six Sigma certification planned for 2026.
